Ordering the HCG was very simple and the free booklet that came with it was very helpful. The website was easy to navigate and I had to call with a question and the employees were helpful and very pleasant. I will use www.pharmacyescrow.com for all of my HCG needs.

It was good but not as good it seemed as first batch I had, perhaps not as potent or lost some potency in shipment.

The rating is actually a 5 for Outstanding, but the fact that the product was from Hong Kong dropped the rating for me. I was very surprised when my kits arrived promptly delivered to my mailbox. All the contents were there and then seven days later I received a box from Hong Kong. This threw me into panic that I had ordered HCG from China. I do not use any products from China and do not trust products from China. I decided I will pray over these vials and use them this time. In the future I will make sure where the product is coming from by calling into your center and getting that information first. I found the ordering process easy and smooth. My order was easy to complete. The information on the website was thorough. I had an easy time finding the information and completing my order. The only thing that could be improved is to expand the product descriptions. I did not know what the difference was between the different types of HCG.

Overall, fast and discrete shipping. Well packaged.

Potency

It loses its potency quite quickly and you don't lose as much as the brand I got from my doctor. Also I received three vials and one was broken so I was disappointed this time when I ordered the HCG. I know this diet is by far the most superior way to lose weight and will continue to order the product should I need to lose more weight in the future. I was very impressed the the speed in which my order arrived. It came in two weeks which really surprised me.

Have not had a chance to use the product yet. I have ordered HcG through this site before with friends but this particular brand is new for me. HcG products purchased in the past were excellent and I expect this one will be as well.

Great Customer Service

This is the first time I have used the HCG to lose weight and I am currently on my 8 day of shots and it seems to be going well so far. I am not hungry, just know what I am missing so that seems to be the hardest.
I was very impressed with the Customer service they were very quick to response with my order, and I even received a phone call that my credit card had been charged, the only bad part was the phone call was at 6am my time, which was a little odd.
I highly recommend this company for ordering your prescriptions.

This product really works! The only thing is that you do get a little hungry the first few days. After that though, it's fairly easy. You're not hungry but you must stick to the diet.

Unfortunately No Returns

I am very impressed that pharmacyescrow.com has a phone number that is open 24/7. It always seems that you need to get in touch with people when they're not open, so that is very convenient. My only complaint is hearing the words "unfortunately, we cannot..." I ordered hCG and received the incorrect dosage, but their records show it is correct and they will not take it back, no exceptions. While I understand the reason for this, I am now out $60.00 with a useless product. Their company motto is "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but I have yet to see that. I wasn't satisfied. I believe you could be better in that respect and work with people a little more. I am very hesitant to order from you again, and the only reason I am is because of the credit I receive by filling out this survey. Hopefully I'll have a better experience next time.
