Excellent service and product quality

I am very pleased with Pharmacyescrow.com ease of ordering online, communication after the order was placed, and quality of the product. Pharmacyescrow.com is highly recommended by many people who have used their products and is very professional in all areas in which I have dealt with them. The only reason I gave a four star rating instead of a five is because, instead of the 12 to 21 business day delivery estimation, including customs, it took 26 days for my product to arrive. This was probably an anomaly. Because of my high satisfaction with this company, I will continue to order HCG from Pharmacyescrow.com

Lost Order/Replacement Order Came Quickly

I ordered my HCG Pregnyl January 26, 2009 but I did not receive my order until March 13, 2009.
My order was shipped on January 29, 2009. It states that from the Singapore Pharmacy it could take 18-22 business days so I anxiously awaited my order.
On the 23rd day, I had not received my order and since I felt overly anxious & excited I signed into my account to check the status. Although on my initial order confirmation it had a tracking number and provided where to go to track it - I found that I could not track my order.
So I decided to call in to discuss why my order had not come (this was on a Friday). I waited on the phone on hold for 10 minutes when I decided I would start a live chat thinking that it would be faster. I spoke with an agent who did take quite a bit of time in between questions/comments (probably helping 8 other people at the same time) who told me to wait another 2-3 days since it may be held up in customs. At this time I was told that I was not able to track it since the Singapore pharmacy did not send the items out w/tracking info on them.
Two business days later (on Tuesday) (really 4 days later -again still being overly anxious & excited)I signed in again to discuss why my items were not sent. They told me the same thing, wait 2-3 more days. Only this time they would contact the pharmacy and would get back to me. I painfully waited it out.
I called again waiting a full 3 days (on Friday) they told me the same thing. By this time my patience had run out and asked if an inquiry had been made previously - it had not. The agent, Jake Jackson said he would contact the pharmacy and someone would contact me. I told him that I was told that before so how do I know it would actually happen? He stated that he would do it and I would have to trust him. After some bantering back and forth I reluctantly agreed to wait for someone to contact me.
Near the same time I was chatting with Jake I did receive an email that went out to all HCG Users stating that orders from the Singapore pharmacy would be sent with tracking numbers.
Mr. Jackson indeed contacted me by email just as he said he would - on a SUNDAY March 8, 2009 at midnight stating a replacement order was shipped on March 5, 2009, 3 days prior. The package was traceable on usps.com and he provided the tracking number. He stated that the estimation shipping time would still be 10-18 business days. And even though I gave him a hard time in our chat discussion he was still professional and courteous.
My package did arrive 5 days later. Wow! I was very pleased with the reordering package - Excellent. I have since been using the product for just over 3 weeks and am very pleased with the results.
Downside on first order: Order was lost and untraceable. I was promised by a rep that something would be done and it was not.
Upside on second order: The rep, Jake Jackson was very professional & courteous, and followed through with his order. And now because of him I have not hesitated to refer my friends to PharmacyEscrow.com. I have since ordered for my mother as well and her experience was excellent. Her shipment came in the expected time frame closer to the 10 days than the 18 days. Excellent!
I first rated this as a 3 but notched it up to a 4. The next order I review I am confident will be a 5.

Great Work!

The product is everything I expect it to be. The only challenges are when it takes several weeks to receive product. I make sure I order at least 2 months before I anticipate needing it, as I realize Customs can be very busy.

This order did take awhile to reach me however customer service was very polite and researched that it had gotten lost, and gave me a good estimate of when next delivery would reach me. The drugs that were received were as ordered and satisfactory. thank you.

I am very pleased with the product, which was exactly as stated. The order did take about 4 weeks to arrive, which was a bit disappointing. I would probably pay extra to have it expedited next time. I had to contact customer service once with a question about tracking and they were able to promptly answer my question. Tracking of the shipment isn't available until it clears customs.

The ordering process was easy, and the associates very friendly over the phone. The shipping times were given to me as 18 business days, so shipping time is lengthy. I did call to check on the status of the order about 16 days later and they assured me that the package was in route and to call back if I did not receive it within the time frame specified. I ordered hcg, I am very happy with the results from using this product and will definitely order from this company again.

I was extremely pleased with the way they handled my order. The first time it was shipped it never reached my home, so they shipped it again without cost to me and they let me know exactly which day it had been shipped and I received it a little over one week later. They were very willing to help me. Thank you!

Broken

I had such a great experience last time that I reorder agian, but this time 2 bottle were broken and I discarded them, they are glass. When I called the customer service rep. was very helpful but said they usually require a photo of the damaged bottle, but as stated I discarded them. He said he would see what he could do about sending 2 new bottles. I sure hope you will. I have a couple friend who will be trying the HCG with me and if they like the results, which I know they will. They too will be ordering through you. Overall I very happy with the service and price but hope to see the replacement bottles. I will continue to use your site. Thanks again Kathy
