First Order

This was my first order with your company. I had heard about your site through different web pages and was not sure whether or not your company was legitimate. I was not sure if I would actually get what I ordered. I thought I would try it out and was very happy with the results. Placing the order was a little unusual as there were a few pop-up programs on your site during the ordering process. I did not like having to enter billing information in multiple pop-ups. After placing the order, I called customer service to verify the order was placed, and get an estimated time of arrival of the product. Customer service was very nice and professional. One thing I did not like was after every question I asked, it seemed as though I was put on hold for a few moments and then the customer service agent returned with an answer. It seemed as though I would ask a question, be put on hold while the agent asked someone else my question, and then came back to me with an answer. I really do not like being put on hold, especially multiple times in a conversation. So, although the call was a bit frustrating with all the holds and unknown time periods of holds, the agent was friendly and did provide an answer to all my questions. I believe the order took about a month and a half to arrive, which I thought was a very long period of time. However, it was within the estimated time of arrival for the product, I just believe that is a long time, especially without a tracking number to track the route of the package to me. I could only see a ship date, and the arrival date posted two days after I received the package. A tracking number that allowed me to progressively track the package route to me would be more comforting. At this point I was happy that I received my order, but I was worried whether or not the product I received was legitimate or not. It would be helpful if I could call the product manufacturer and verify the lot number, but I was unable to do this. This was my first order with your company and I have read alot of reviews about your company before I placed my order. Many of the reviews said your company was great, many reviews stated the exact opposite. I decided to use the product, and it worked exactly as it was supposed to and I did not have any adverse effects. So, I determined the product was legitimate and a good rapport was established between your company and myself. That is how my first order experience was with your company. Thank you for being a legitimate company, I appreciate what you do.
