Customer Service Experience

The prices were good, the web site was easy to navigate, however with some of the meds in this order there was a delay in delivery. But when I called customer service, a REAL PERSON answered the phone, and they were able to solve solve the problem in a timely manner. I was quite satisfied and will continue to do business with this service.

Real Product from Real Manufacturer

This was my second experience with Pharmacyescrow.com. Locating this product on the website could not have been easier. The price is quite reasonable. I was informed by email at each of the 4 steps and given a USPS tracking number. The product arrived in exactly 3 weeks. I was quite impressed that it was the REAL product, in it's original packaging, complete with lot numbers, from a recognized US pharmaceutical company. Liked it so much I placed another order a few weeks later.

Order filled in two shipments

The product received was fine and exactly what was ordered. The problem was that since I had placed a very large order it was filled in 2 shipments. This has happened before so I anticipated it might happen again. The only problem was that the shipments were separated by several weeks and I was not expecting such a delay. I contacted customer service and was given a second tracking number but that is only useful once the product reaches the US.
