My first order

This was my first order and I was a little apprehensive. PharmacyEscrow.com did a great job though. I sent emails asking about my order and they were very prompt to reply. The end result was a pleased customer

I was impressed with the ease of placing an order, staff was very helpful. Explanation of the use was excellent and online support was also very good. The only problem was the time it takes for delivery (4 weeks) I would have like a faster delivery. The Caverject was excellent and I would not hesitate to place another order.

Good service

Customer service is very good at keeping the customer informed of progress. e-mails several times to update. My ONLY concern is the long time to get the material I ordered. If delivery time was more consistent, I would give this company 5 star for sure.

Good quality product

Product quality is very good. It's a real pharmacy and the service is a high level. For each question, the answer comes in less than 24 hours.
Only small negative point: the order processing is sometimes a bit long. In normal operation it takes about one month from purchase to delivery. But anyway, ultimately, it is the reference of the online pharmacy.

Order was delayed but was handled professionally

Soon after placing my first order with Escrow I received a confirmation email and then the next day was informed that my order was going to be delayed two weeks because the product I was ordering needed to be shipped to the pharmacy. Initially I was not pleased as my holiday plans had me out of town at the time my script was due in the mail.
I phoned and emailed expressing my concern and was relieved to speak with a concerned and polite customer rep that assured me my order would be expedited if at all possible. Sure enough, I got my script just in time for my vacation and all is well! I'll be ordering additional products through Escrow because of the good value and good customer service.

The ordering process is great the only problem for me is that you don"t take MasterCard or Check, since i don't have visa.

I use this product on a regular basis and I appreciate the reliability of your service. I have a local Dr. who will write a prescription for me, but it is much easier and cheaper to use your online physician to evaluate my needs. I do wish that I could receive my order in less time without paying the premium shipping fees.

I was so glad to locate your service and learn that you carry this product. Caverject is very hard to find locally. The most common pharmacies in our area, CVS and Wahlgreen's, can't even order it for me. As you can imagine, this medication is a critical to my quality of life.
