I'm considering going to another online pharmacy. I don't like how long it takes to receive an order. To talk to someone on the phone is nearly impossible. I've stayed on hold for as long as 20 minutes before giving up. I will say the live chat is been good. I also hate that there are little or no directions on how to use the product. How to break the vials. How much to take. Directions not being in English. Overall I'm very dissatisfied.

Poor packaging

Several of the vials were broken upon arrival, actual there were 4 vials that were broken. This was caused by poor packaging. I order HCG and only the first order was packaged this way and they too were broken. They need to have styrofoam and a box, not just a light weight box and envelope.

Received wrong supplement

I have rated the order as poor due to the fact that I received the wrong supplement. I ordered the Vit.B-12 inj. at 5vials containing 3mls and received 4vials containing only 2mls. I called PharmacyEscrow.com the same day with no answer. I called back several times over the next few days and finally reached someone and explained my dilemma. I was told to take a photograph of the wrong supplement and e-mail it to them and they would send to the pharmacy. To make a long story short it took from Dec.31,2008 until Feb.9th 2009 to get back a reply. Well over a month and many phone calls and e-mails from me. Needless to say as of this review I haven't received the right product but was told that the pharmacy had reissued and was sending by speed post.
Hopefully it will be in a reasonable amount of time.
Hope this review will help others to know what to expect.
