I've found that B-12 supplements are very beneficial for my health and well-being, but they can be very costly if administered through a clinic, are not usually covered by insurance, and not as effective if taken by mouth. This particular product has been very helpful and cost-effective for me. I order a several months' supply and can administer the injections at home. It's perfectly legal, prescriptions are not required (in most states) and I feel a million times better than I used to. I have never had an issue with quality and the shipping, in this case from India, seems to take a little over 3 weeks from the time I place the order.
