canadian staff are fabulous !

the first thing i want to say is that the staff at canada pharmacy rock !! i'm pretty computer challenged and so have always ordered by phone .the other thing is that the people i talk to are always so sweet and helpful, and i never have to wait on hold to get get a live person ! that in itself is a miracle in this day and age...

Easy order and reasonable ship time. The product is shipped as requested and is well packaged and always arrives undamaged. I can also depend on a time period of about 18-21 days to arrive at my home. This order was on time. I was happy with your company! TF

helpful staff, painful wait

The members of the pharmacyescrow.com staff that I worked with were very helpful, but to no fault of their own I had to wait over a month for my medication. The website is easy to use and straightforward, and the medication was of an acceptable quality. The only downside was the excruciating wait for the shipment, with no tracking information available for most of the journey.

Great Site

I would have given the site a 5 had it not been for US customs and the expensive costs ... other then that this site enables me to continue receiving my medications even after having lost my medical benefits. Without this website and my medications i would not be healthy or functioning properly/to the best of my ability.

My only criticism is that the pills are individually wrapped and somewhat inconvenient to unwrap every day. But the quality is fine.

First of all, thank you. You provide a very needed service.

My prescription for Cymbalta was going to cost me over $265 from one of the biggest and supposedly cheapest pharmacies in the U.S.

Ordering through your company cost only a fraction of that.
This isn't the first time I've used your service and it won't be the last. It's fast & very reasonably priced.
You have a lifetime customer here.

Ordering process good, order packaging needs work

The ordering process with your website was pretty good. Your site has the lowest prices for some of the premium priced drugs our family uses that I've located and I try to be careful because the internet has many potentially fraudulent sites. Although I had a login earlier I had lost that information and had to create a new account. There was some information I had failed to enter and I received a call from one of your representatives in the UK. He was very courteous and asked the medical questions he needed answered. We received the package very quickly. The negative of this entire process was two things. The most minor was that I have Mastercards but had to get prepaid Visa to make payment and paying the website didn't give me confirmation that it functioned. On the good side of that was that I got an email from your company that you did get payment so that did set my mind at ease after some hours. The second that needs to be addressed is that we ordered capsules and they were packaged without any padding and some of them may be crushed and even at the reduced price of about $2 a capsule (for what is $5/capsule locally) that concerns me. Perhaps split the order and perhaps consider some kind of hard plastic box like one of the other providers uses to ship to me.

thanks for this opportunity to voice my opinion.
I ordered to Rx. at the same time but under two different orders, which I would have thought you would have shipped them together and saved me the additional shipping costs. That's not a big deal, however, I rec'd the generic combivir rapidly, no hassle to my home in N.C., USA. However the day I was returning to my home in Costa Rica, the Cymbalta had still not arrived, nor could your customer rep. give me any info as to when they would arrive. Today, those meds are now in N.C. and I am in Costa Rica....not a huge problem as I am going to N.C. in a month.... I will try your company one more time and see how it goes....thanks, Jon M

This is such a savings!

I do not have insurance and I find while Cymbalta works the best for my anxiety I cannot afford it through a US pharmacy. There is not a generic available for it in the US at this time. So.....ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com is the perfect solution. I get to order the best medication for me at a price I can afford. The generic works just as well as the name brand for less then half the cost.
