Skeptical , but Definitely Satisfied!!!

I was definitely skeptical (to say the least) when looking into ordering drugs from out of the country. I did my homework and could find absolutely no reason not to try PharmacyEscrow.com. Here are some of the key factors that lead me to trust them;

* PharmacyEscrow.com has an excellent / professionally designed website, far surpassing any of their competition

* PharmacyEscrow.com has 128 bit SSL Encryption via a Certificate assigned by Equifax Secure Certificate Authority (Equifax is extremely well known and trusted on the Internet as a CA and does check to make absolutely sure that a Business is legitimate before they assign a Certificate)

* PharmacyEscrow.com has an 800 (877) number that you can call 24 / 7 / 365 for any assistance you need (I called a while after placing my order just to double check on it and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly help I received)

* PharmacyEscrow.com has 24 / 7 / 365 Live Chat with knowledgeable assistance on the other end (believe me, I chatted several times to get all my questions answered and they always answered immediately and were very helpful)

* PharmacyEscrow.com works as a "Escrow" Service to ensure that you get what you paid for before they release funds to the actual Pharmacy (My Credit Card was charged right away; however, PharmacyEscrow.com held my funds in escrow to ensure that I have received my order in full and satisfactory - which I did)

* PharmacyEscrow.com accepts Visa, which to my understanding from their Card Agreement, will not continue to do business with companies that do not conform to Visa's standards of Ethical Business Practices (i.e. Visa won't continue to do business with companies that appear to rip off their customers)

All in all, I'd just like to say that getting my questions answered and placing my order was super easy and very smooth. Their Customer Service Reps were friendly and knowledgeable. They stated that, due to shipping times and unavoidable hold ups in Customs, it could take approximately 21 "Business Days" to get my order. It did pretty much take that long, but I definitely received it. The packaging was excellent, and I got exactly what I ordered. Additionally, each pill was individually package-sealed by the original manufacturer. All and all, I am VERY pleased and will DEFINITELY do business with them again!

Easy order and reasonable ship time. The product is shipped as requested and is well packaged and always arrives undamaged. I can also depend on a time period of about 18-21 days to arrive at my home. This order was on time. I was happy with your company! TF

thanks for this opportunity to voice my opinion.
I ordered to Rx. at the same time but under two different orders, which I would have thought you would have shipped them together and saved me the additional shipping costs. That's not a big deal, however, I rec'd the generic combivir rapidly, no hassle to my home in N.C., USA. However the day I was returning to my home in Costa Rica, the Cymbalta had still not arrived, nor could your customer rep. give me any info as to when they would arrive. Today, those meds are now in N.C. and I am in Costa Rica....not a huge problem as I am going to N.C. in a month.... I will try your company one more time and see how it goes....thanks, Jon M

the first thing i want to say is that the staff at Pharmacy Escrow rock !! I'm pretty computer challenged and so have always ordered by phone .the other thing is that the people i talk to are always so sweet and helpful, and i never have to wait on hold to get get a live person ! that in itself is a miracle in this day and age...
