Very Impressed!!!

I was extremely skeptical being that it was my first online purchase. After doing some research I chose PharmacyEscrow.com and I am very happy with decision. Package arrived approx 4 weeks after order, individually sealed, and professional.

helpful staff, painful wait

The members of the pharmacyescrow.com staff that I worked with were very helpful, but to no fault of their own I had to wait over a month for my medication. The website is easy to use and straightforward, and the medication was of an acceptable quality. The only downside was the excruciating wait for the shipment, with no tracking information available for most of the journey.

Great Site

I would have given the site a 5 had it not been for US customs and the expensive costs ... other then that this site enables me to continue receiving my medications even after having lost my medical benefits. Without this website and my medications i would not be healthy or functioning properly/to the best of my ability.

Ordering process good, order packaging needs work

The ordering process with your website was pretty good. Your site has the lowest prices for some of the premium priced drugs our family uses that I've located and I try to be careful because the internet has many potentially fraudulent sites. Although I had a login earlier I had lost that information and had to create a new account. There was some information I had failed to enter and I received a call from one of your representatives in the UK. He was very courteous and asked the medical questions he needed answered. We received the package very quickly. The negative of this entire process was two things. The most minor was that I have Mastercards but had to get prepaid Visa to make payment and paying the website didn't give me confirmation that it functioned. On the good side of that was that I got an email from your company that you did get payment so that did set my mind at ease after some hours. The second that needs to be addressed is that we ordered capsules and they were packaged without any padding and some of them may be crushed and even at the reduced price of about $2 a capsule (for what is $5/capsule locally) that concerns me. Perhaps split the order and perhaps consider some kind of hard plastic box like one of the other providers uses to ship to me.

Review of Cymbalta Refill

The Cymbalta I receive is always of high quality. The only dissatisfaction I have is that the packing is inconvenient. I take this pill every day. When I get the order I have to open all these individually wrapped pills so that I am sure to take my medications every day. This is time consuming - especially when I am unwrapping 30 - 60 pills! Other than that I was happy that I received the order so promptly!

A Good Choice for Medications

This Pharmacy is an excellent choice for those who do not have prescription insurance as well as those who do. The prices cannot be beat anywhere that I have found. It is important to read their return policy prior to ordering as it contains some very important information.
Lower prices that are a refreshing alternative to US Pharmacies.

Reliable service

I receive my products as ordered, at a fair price and in timely manner. I highly recommend the shipping for life option. The automatic refill notification is also very convenient and
is one less thing I need to remember or worry about.

My first experience with Pharmacy Escrow

Once I was able to make payment on my prescription order it was processed, shipped and received very efficiently. My initial problems occurred because I only had a Master Card. Since Master Card was not accepted, I tried using Western Union but that process was difficult, confusing and ultimately not successful. I obtained a Visa card to make payment and then the process went very smoothly. Even during the hassle with Western Union the representatives at Pharmacy Escrow were very helpful am happy with the quality of the medication I received and will continue to use Pharmacy Escrow.

Good Customer Service!

The web site was a little difficult to navigate to complete the order process. However, the order was processed quickly. I received an email, text, and phone call verifying my order status. The customer service was thorough and professional. I had my order in about 15-20 days just as I was informed. I just went and picked the package up at USPS and it was packaged secure. The medicine was in individually foil wrapped and works great! I also was given a confirmation email to verify they acknowledged me receiving my package. I will be using them again!
