Ordering process good, order packaging needs work

The ordering process with your website was pretty good. Your site has the lowest prices for some of the premium priced drugs our family uses that I've located and I try to be careful because the internet has many potentially fraudulent sites. Although I had a login earlier I had lost that information and had to create a new account. There was some information I had failed to enter and I received a call from one of your representatives in the UK. He was very courteous and asked the medical questions he needed answered. We received the package very quickly. The negative of this entire process was two things. The most minor was that I have Mastercards but had to get prepaid Visa to make payment and paying the website didn't give me confirmation that it functioned. On the good side of that was that I got an email from your company that you did get payment so that did set my mind at ease after some hours. The second that needs to be addressed is that we ordered capsules and they were packaged without any padding and some of them may be crushed and even at the reduced price of about $2 a capsule (for what is $5/capsule locally) that concerns me. Perhaps split the order and perhaps consider some kind of hard plastic box like one of the other providers uses to ship to me.
