Better than expected!

I was a bit hesitant, this being my first time ordering medications online. I found the site very easy to navigate and they had exactly what I was looking for. All I had to do was fill out some information for the Doctor to approve my prescription. I expected a long wait to find out if I was approved, but it was approved right away. I contacted the company on the phone about tracking information, they were very helpful. In a short while I received my order. It was discretely packaged and in perfect condition. I have no questions as to the quality of the medicine I received, or the service for that matter. I am completely satisfied with my order, and will not hesitate to order from this company again when I need a refill. I would highly recommend PharmacyEscrow.com to anyone looking to have prescription filled without having to pay an arm and a leg to get it! Overall great service, and a great experience. Thanks!

Fantastic!

In fact, it became troublesome and canceled it in the middle of an order at one time, but I had kind advice towards charge and was able to obtain the medicine which I wanted. I thank for quick transportation and good faith to the staff. And I think that this system brings the Gospel for people of the world. Thank you very much.

Oustanding service and product!!

I love using Pharmacy Escrow to fill my prescription products. The customer service is amazing and they always call me to verify my order before shipping.I got my my medication even before the estimated arrival date and they were packaged securely.I got exactly what i ordered and payed for and the products are working well. The product was easy to find on the site. I had several choices to order gel or lotion, and in several quantities. The medication came as ordered and in the time frame specified.

Hmm..

I had no trouble placing my order for this product, or with the escrow or delivery service. The product was delivered quickly, and it was exactly what I wanted. So, thank you!

My issue with the quality of this order relates to a follow-up request that I made, after delivery, requesting a copy of the prescription for this order, so that I could give it to my health insurance company (as they require it to process health fund claims). I spoke to your staff on several occasions and they were always exceedingly polite and helpful - but after a woman at your company told me she would contact the relevant pharmacy to arrange for a prescription to be emailed to me, this never happened. I called back and was told that it may take up to a week for a copy to be emailed, and that I should wait. I am still waiting some months later! Essentially, I have given up hearing from you - phoning is not always possible for me, and so I sent numerous follow up emails to your company asking what the status was. (And yes, I addressed them correctly). I received no reply. It is frustrating when you purport to strive for the utmost in customer service. Put simply, if it was not possible (or, after my initial discussion with your staff, you discovered it was not possible after all) to send me a copy of the prescription, the least you could have done was email me to this effect. (I confirmed during my first phone call that you have my email address and can contact me that way). I am thus not not overly satisfied with this particular order.

I will continue buying this product from you because you do provide a good service in the manner I've outlined at the top of this comment - but your grandstanding about customer service commitments leaves me a little bemused, to say the least...

A happy customer

I found it easy to locate the product on your website and found the description of it quite helpful. It was also easy to navigate back and forth through web pages on your site, when looking at different quantities of this product that were available, and similar products to the one I purchased.

The product itself is exactly what I'm familiar with, having first purchased it with a prescription in Australia. The delivery was faster than I expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. My last (and only prior) experience buying drugs online - from another company - resulted in product being delivered 3 months late! Painful..

The delivery packaging could have been improved - 2 tubes of product were crammed into one box and the envelope was not padded. I would prefer more secure and robust packaging but this is just a suggestion.

I also like the fact that I could easily browse your policies on refunds and shipping etc.
