staff seem confused as to what is required

I placed my order, was told all was okay. No actioin on order. Contacted staff, they said an order confirmation had to be submitted. they sent an email to me with no form attached. Contacted again. Received confirmation form. Filled it out and submitted it. I asked if copy of card and drivers license was needed and was told no. Sent it anyway. Phoned to make sure everything was proceeding and was told yes. did not check my email for a few days and when I did, there was a message saying my order was on hold. I called and was told my credit card was turned down. Impossible as it has no preset spending limit and is always paid out in full each month. I resubmitted the information and stayed ON THE LINE while the credit card was put through. Only then did the order start to move. Similar experience to last time, but this time since I knew it would not go smoothly and stayed on top of it, I received my order in roughly 4 weeks instead of 2 months like last time.
Also, when looking through my emails for correspondence regarding my orders, they are sometimes sent from the individuals, sometimes from support@pharmacyescrow.com. This makes it very hard to find the last communication when I receive up to 80 emails per day.
