Partial Order not recieved.

Only part of my order was delivered. It came more quickly than I expected it to, but that was overshadowed by the fact that I have not received the other half of my order and have not been able to reach customer service for help.

Wrong kit sent

The wrong HCG Kit was received. The representatives that assisted me were helpful and courteous. However, it did take additional effort on my part and considerably longer to get the correct kit mailed out to me.

HCG Kit

I was happy with the order. However when I received the order the HCG was not included in the kit. I had phoned you company and I was told by one of your representatives that the Kit had everything in it I need to get started. When I received the kit I had to then order the HCG itself and had to wait for it's arrival to start my diet.

Okay

A little difficult for measuring, but not too bad. I had originally received a pre-measured mix from a different company and that was much easier. I was worried that I didn't get it right, but I checked and re-checked. My biggest concern was that I had so much left over after my 23 days was up!

To whom it may concern,
On this particular order I was a bit disappointed as the HCG made it to my house from an international shipment before the HCG mixing supplies arrived. I had to make an e-mail to your company inquiring where my mixing supplies work as they took two and one half weeks longer than the HCG itself. Although I was a bit disappointed at this point it would not necessarily cause me enough concern to take my business elsewhere.

Kits shipped separately

I did have some issues receiving my kit. When it did not come before the overseas shipment, I was concerned. I contacted the company via the email confirmation that I received to let them know ... as well as with the online chat help. The chat help passed me off to the post office, but I was emailed in about 2 days as they tracked my order down and made sure it shipped immediately. :-) In the end, I got my product, but communication with the company could have been better.

The only reason I gave this a 3 is because one of the empty vials was bent around the rubber top & it leaked like crazy. Other than that, everything has been wonderful.

They were satisfactory

In my opinion, the sterile mixing vials need to be at least 30 cc in order to accommodate the 10,000 IU ampules of HCG. Mixing was quite the challenge with the 10,000 IU. I ended up wasting some and wish I had ordered the 5000 IU.

choices

I would like a choice of the inter muscular needle as well as the Subq. I was disappointed in not having that option. also I would like to be able to choose from the number of units that I mix at and be able to get the bacterio static water adjusted to my preference. I've done this diet with 2 US doctor's and here the common is 125 units not the 200.
