prices are really affordable

Hi I’m Paul I live in the Netherlands and this is my review for Canadian Drug Delivery. I think it’s a nice website, I ordered some medication a while ago and I like the way you can see all the different products from the different pharmacies. I like the fact that they are all licensed pharmacies so that you really know that the medication is real and you can trust what you are taking; furthermore the prices are really affordable, one of the cheapest ways from ordering medications from the internet. Also there was a problem with my order because 1 item didn’t arrive but I contacted customer services and they sent me a new one so it wasn’t a hassle at all it took some extra time naturally but I got a new item and I was very pleased so overall I would say Canadian Drug Delivery is a nice way of ordering medications through the internet because the prices, the licenses and the way the website works, its nice that you can search on the medication. Well that’s about it, bye bye.

Customer Service Experience

The prices were good, the web site was easy to navigate, however with some of the meds in this order there was a delay in delivery. But when I called customer service, a REAL PERSON answered the phone, and they were able to solve solve the problem in a timely manner. I was quite satisfied and will continue to do business with this service.

Good work

I ordered this product and received it rather quickly I suppose. The only thing that confused me was the fact that I was told I would be receiving a tracking number, but never did. I even talked to a customer service agent and they said I should have gotten one, but other than that the product I received was the exactly the quality I expected it to be and service was relatively fast.

The delivery/processing fees were also a bit steep but other than that it was decently priced.

While at first the order was delayed bc I didn't fill out out the medical questions completely, once this was resolved the process was simple. I used the helpful online help. I got the product, and was very happy with the product. I would use your services again in the future.

Keeps Getting Better

At first I was skeptical about ordering pharmacy items online. Now after my second time of ordering, I am hooked. They were very responsive to my needs and my requests. They made sure everything was ok before they went through with any refills or other services. They notified me of any discounts that I could take advantage of. I have been satisfied with the ordering process from the beginning. Very helpful staff and very fast as well. I probably will not trust another company.

Had the best experience with this company compared to other companies. Was always updated, sent multiple emails, which made me feel comfortable. Could contact someone by phone at anytime if I had questions. Great quality products, compared to other companies. Will definitely order again..Highly recommend, and very fast shipping. First of all, I would like to mention that this was the first time I had ever ordered from an "online pharmacy". I was very skeptical and wondered if I had really found a company I could trust since you really don't know these days. To my surprise, they followed me every step of the way regarding my order. They even called me on the phone to discuss. When I received my order, it was exactly what I had expected. I will be ordering refills in the future.

I had a bacterial infection that I could have paid a bunch at the doctor for or just ordered from here. I ordered and it came through and everything went well.

Fast and easy

The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I wanted quickly. I accidentally placed an order for two of the same items. The matter was taken care of promptly and I received my credit quickly. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because although the communication regarding my order was great, I would like to be able to track my product. I know that because products come from different places, this is difficult, but maybe there is a way to integrate tracking.
