The medicine itself Arimidex was supreme however there was a long time between the time I ordered and the time I received this medicine. I actually received two different order verification numbers that my credit card had been charged. Then I received a shipping id and then several weeks later I received an email stating that my payment had not gone through, a day later I received another email apologizing stating that my order had went through and that it would be shipped. FINALLY after several weeks I received my medication. I am very relieved that my medication actually arrived and in good, usable condition. I would've rated this copy 5, or oustanding, if it were not for the long amount of time it took for me to receive the meds.

Great results!

The product was excellently packaged and was exactly what I expected. The only possible fault was that shipping took about two weeks longer than was stated. But for this kind of reliability, I'll take longer shipping any day!

I admit i was hesitant in ordering after reviewing some negative comments on the web about this company, but i can assure you that you will get the quality product you order. The shipping time is a bit slow, but you will get your product. I received my order within 20 days, and am completely satisfied with the quality. I will order again.

New Customer Pay Attention!!

It is important when purchasing a product from any company that the "reliability factor" is essential in the relationship between company and customer. Well, to my amazement still, Pharmacy Escrow does not let you down in terms of letting you know exactly when a product can be shipped, the approximate time of arrival and where it is coming from- you can track your order from beginning to end online all the way around the world at the touch of your finger tips! But, and yes, there is a but regarding this particular prescription I had ordered called Armidex. This particular medication was apparently difficult for this company to actually locate a pharmacy that would provide the script in a timely fashion. I waited 3 weeks before the script was even filled and then I had to wait another 2 and 1/2 weeks for the prescription to arrive. Pharmacy Escrow certainly doesn't get points this time for being a timely "fast food restaurant for medications" this go round :) However, the product itself is superb and I couldn't be more ecstatic by the efficacy of the product. Also note, that this company clearly stated to me twice that i could not have another prescription sent to me until the other had arrived (this Armidex). I am still wondering and curious about this policy because it had nothing to do with me being in the wrong for it being so late in arrival. So, Pharmacy Escrow through an annoying three day upheaval finally was able to understand the illogical behind the mess and processed another order I had while this Armidex was being delivered. Please people, just work with them and they are more than willing to work with you!! They provide such outstanding customer service I don't see why anyone would purchase a medication from a different website. They are reliable, sometimes not as efficient as you would like, but you get the product you ordered and it is of a high quality grade!! Very important factors when spending your hard earned money, don't you think? Overall I was very satisfied to have finally received the product. However, it did come in a damaged package but was taped over. So, actually someone could have seen what was inside the box that was sent. This was a little scary as I do not want my privacy broken by anyone! But, these are the risks one must take when ordering from outside pharmacies no matter what or from whom, accidents in shipping do happen. So, Pharmacy Escrow did a great job in the customer service department of this order as well as providing a quality product; it just took much longer than expected and I ran into a policy that caused some frustration, but was eventually remedied.
I would still highly recommend doing business with this company, even with some minor glitches it represented this time around. I believe their reliability is what sets them apart from anyone else, and to be quite honest, isn't that what you want from a company when ordering such important products? Stick with Pharmacy Escrow and you'll be glad you spent your hard earned money with them than another site I've encountered on the web!!!!

My first Pharmacy Escrow order.

I would like to give my review of PharmacyEscrow.com. I placed my first order in December 2010 for Arimidex. The website was very easy to navigate and I quickly found the product I was looking for. After my order was submitted, I received confirmation emails very quickly but after calling customer service with a question about my order, I found out that there was a delay in shipping due to the product not being available at the warehouse. This delayed my order about an extra week or so but I did finally receive my shipment about 30 days later. It would have been nice if I could have gotten an email about this delay instead of me only finding out because I called customer service. The customer service people were very friendly and helpful otherwise. I received exactly what I ordered and was not disappointed in the quality. I would definitely order again and like that there is multiple pharmacies to choose when picking a specific product. This lets me decide where I want to order from. Thank you for the service!

Everything was okay in the end

I ordered brand name Arimidex from this pharmacy, but I received generic Anastrozole by mistake. This was upsetting at the time, and I felt cheated, but Pharmacy Escrow was very helpful and understanding in resolving the mistake with the pharmacy. I was asked to take a photo of the medication and the matter was resolved within a few days. I received a prompt refund for the difference in price, and this restored my confidence in Pharmacy Escrow and the pharmacy.
The pharmacy did send me an email with the dispatch date shortly after my order was placed, but the tracking number for the order did not work. It was also shipped from another country than it said, but the medication was sourced from New Zealand, so that was the main thing, and I still had to sign for the order. I wasn't too happy with the expiry date, it was supposed to be at least a year away, but it was closer to 6 months, so I expected it to be newer. Although this particular order didn't go smoothly, everything was okay in the end, and I would order from this pharmacy again.

Good communication

The order took a little longer than expected, but I think this was because it was held up in customs. The communication regarding the order was excellent. I will definitely use the service again.
