Consistent orders

Delivery time tends to be consistent if not rapid so you know when you will receive the goods. All shipments have been from the same manufacturer which can be important with some drugs.

Treatment of Misdelivery of Product

The major deficiency of this order is the repeated missing order of Celexa and Remeron. The live chat function provides a best means for me to communicate with your company in solving the delivery problem. Your staff is helpful in explaining why it may happen through the interactive live chat. They have to pacify the discontent of the client.

However, there is one point for your company to consider is: how to enhance the effectiveness of the product delivery to the client and avoid the misdelivery. It helps preventing the necessity of remedial work.
