Reliable seller

This is the first time I purchase from Drugdelivery.ca. I did my homework looking up reviews on the internet first before taking the plunge. Did a test order of a few Blue Pills to see if the delivery works.

I opted for priority processing but not priority shipping. Processing and shipping was actually very fast, and the shipment arrived in Canada customs in less than 2 weeks, from the order tracking info provided by Drugdelivery.

The main problem was the customs (that was explained in Drugdelivery website, and I know the risk of customs rejecting the item): it was held for a month and I nearly gave up, but it was eventually delivered to me. The items were packaged in a sturdy envelope.

As for the items .... they are generic but they work just like the brand name stuff (I had a sample from my doc)!!

The ordering process was very simple and effective. You can even use live chat (which was very nice and friendly) to ask questions and get directions on how to use the web site, which pharmacy to choose etc.
The progress/status of my order was confirmed by several emails and it was delivered sooner than I thought it would, and in perfect state.
I would recommend anyone to use drugdelivery.ca to get high quality medication you need with the convenience of internet ordering.

FAST Delivery and Their Customer Support Is # 1 !

After placing an order with drugdelivery.ca,
I contacted them 3 separate times in regards to the status of my order.
I used the "Live Chat" link located on their web page all three times.
I was anxious to receive my order so the majority of my questions had to do with delivery time.
(i.e. - How long before my order arrives at my door ? )

The operators informed me that once the order is shipped from the pharmacy I would receive an email indicating that my order had been shipped from the pharmacy and that the email would also include a tracking number for my order so that I would be able to track my order using the order tracking number.

When I tried to use the tracking number to find the status of my order I would receive the following message:

"Label/Receipt Number: xxxx xxxx xxxx x
There is no record of this item.
Why Are You Receiving This Message?
1. Event information may not be available if your item was mailed recently. Please try again later.
2. The number was entered incorrectly. Be sure to enter all of the letters and numbers as they appear on your mailing label or receipt."

Day after day I would check the status of my order and I would get this same result.

I was able to resolve this discrepancy through another Live Chat session and found I was using the wrong website to try and track my order.
I assumed that because my order was shipped through USPS(United States Postal Service)
that I needed to track my order through their website; usps.com.
If you live in the U.S.A. you need to use usps.com.
If you live in Canada you need to use canadapost.com.
If your order is shipped via UPS, use their website, etc.

It was simply my inexperience and ignorance that was the cause of this situation.
The operator was very understanding and empathetic to my mistake.

I would highly recommend using drugdelivery.ca as their customer support team is extremely knowledgeable and also very empathetic to first time users like myself.
Also their delivery time was extremely fast.
Even faster than they said it would be !
I received my order 3 days sooner than I was told I would.
19 days after I placed my order it arrived at my door.

I am definitely going to be placing more orders with drugdelivery.ca in the future.
Thank you drugdelivery.ca.

First order placed through the escrow

My first order placed through the escrow service was shipped within 3 days, but unfortunately was intercepted by customs. I contacted your service through the online chat functionality and found the process very convenient, although it did take a while for the help desk person to bring up my order details. After confirming that the required waiting period had expired, the order was reshipped within a few days. I'm happy to say that I received the reshipment within 2 weeks. The quality of the product is as good as the brand name products at 1/2 the price, even after paying the shipping charges. I have since placed another order, and am confident that even if there is some kind of problem with my order, the help desk people are more than willing and able to help. The help desk people are very courteous and I found them pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this service to all who may be interested.
