Le produit que j'ai commandé n'est pas (encore) arrivé car il y a des problèmes avec la douane.Le premier envoi n'avait pas été discret mais j'ai été tout de suite re-crédité des $3,5. J'ai été très satisfait du médicament dans le premier envoi : j'ai retrouvé une vigueur que j'avais perdu ! je voudrais surtout dire que je suis toujours très satisfait des échanges que j'ai avec l'équipe du "chat" en direct : ils sont très polis , courtois et s'efforcent de résoudre les problèmes jusqu'au bout.je peux dire qu'on peut faire confiance à Pharmacyescrow.com car ils répondent rapidement aux messages et font tout leur possible pour satisfaire le client. J'espère que mes 2 commandes suivantes ne vont pas tarder car je n'ai plus de viagra actuellement.

Order was good but took longer than expected

All in all, am happy with my order but the delivery took a bit longer than expected. The fulfillment happened a few days after placing my order but I had paid for regular shipping which took almost 4 weeks to reach me. Unfortunately the tracking mechanism wasn't able to supply me with much (or any) info so I called the customer support line. They were very helpful and indicated that, yes, the package was in transit and that I should wait... which I did and it did finally show up. I think I may try the expedited shipping next time round. Short of that, am happy with the product and ease of ordering... and customer service was very nice and helpful!

FAST Delivery and Their Customer Support Is # 1 !

After placing an order with PharmacyEscrow.com,
I contacted them 3 separate times in regards to the status of my order.
I used the "Live Chat" link located on their web page all three times.
I was anxious to receive my order so the majority of my questions had to do with delivery time.
(i.e. - How long before my order arrives at my door ? )

The operators informed me that once the order is shipped from the pharmacy I would receive an email indicating that my order had been shipped from the pharmacy and that the email would also include a tracking number for my order so that I would be able to track my order using the order tracking number.

When I tried to use the tracking number to find the status of my order I would receive the following message:
"Label/Receipt Number: xxxx xxxx xxxx x
There is no record of this item.
Why Are You Receiving This Message?
1. Event information may not be available if your item was mailed recently. Please try again later.
2. The number was entered incorrectly. Be sure to enter all of the letters and numbers as they appear on your mailing label or receipt."
Day after day I would check the status of my order and I would get this same result.
I was able to resolve this discrepancy through another Live Chat session and found I was using the wrong website to try and track my order.
I assumed that because my order was shipped through USPS(United States Postal Service)
that I needed to track my order through their website; usps.com.
If you live in the U.S.A. you need to use usps.com.
If you live in Canada you need to use canadapost.com.
If your order is shipped via UPS, use their website, etc.
It was simply my inexperience and ignorance that was the cause of this situation.
The operator was very understanding and empathetic to my mistake.
I would highly recommend using PharmacyEscrow.com as their customer support team is extremely knowledgeable and also very empathetic to first time users like myself.
Also their delivery time was extremely fast.
Even faster than they said it would be !
I received my order 3 days sooner than I was told I would.
19 days after I placed my order it arrived at my door.
I am definitely going to be placing more orders with PharmacyEscrow.com in the future.

Expectations met

I can break down my experience across a set of expectations:

1. Did I make savings?

Big time. About 50% off the costs of medications here in the US my insurance doesn't cover.

2. Was there much hassle in ordering?

The website interface is a little clunky and you have to navigate your way around a bit, but it's quite intuitive. E-mail confirmations and updates let you know how your order is coming along.

3. Were time-lines met?

The timetable I was given was around 2-3 weeks, and I received it in 4. Considering the savings I made, I didn't really care too much. Besides, if you're ordering through an escrow service, it's probably not life-or-death.

4. How is the efficacy of the medication?

Spot on. This was the biggest point of concern for me, as the issue of trust and validation comes down to this. Medication worked as well as the prescriptions I picked up in the States, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Conclusion: I plan on using this service again; you save money and get the same results. I could have made even more (long-term) savings had I paid a premium to receive a special membership discount, and I might just commit to it if my 2nd order is as fluid as the first.

Excellent service from PharmacyEscrow.com and the Indian pharmacy.
I got speedy delivery of the generic Sildenafil tablets and the quality and effectiveness of the product was equal to that of the much more expensive branded version
Highly recommended !
