Second Order

My first order went well so I decided to place a second order with your company. The second ordering experience was just like the first ordering experience. I placed the order online and had to enter billing information into multiple pop-ups. I was less uneasy about this part because I had already done it once and had not had any fraudulent charges on my credit card. The customer service staff was very friendly and helpful again, but I was also placed on hold for a few moments after each question I asked. For me, when I am placed on hold for undetermined amounts of time after each question I ask, it almost undoes the satisfaction of how nice the staff is. You can be as nice as you want to me on the phone, but I get frustrated and sometimes even angry if I keep being put on hold. Please try to change this part of your operation. I discovered the customer service was operating out of the UK, and I was a little familiar with the location because I had visited London before. They offered that I could come by and chat with them which was nice, but I was no longer in London at the time. This order took about a month and a half to arrive as well, which to me is still a long period of time for anything. This means that I really need to plan my orders so I receive the product by the time I need it. This was a different product than my first order, but I was less apprehensive about it being a legitimate product because the first order was just fine. So I used the product, it worked as it should, and I did not have any adverse effects to it. This is how my second ordering experience was with your company. It was very consistent with the first ordering experience, just this time I knew what to expect with your company. Once again, thank you for doing what you do.

I e mailed you when i received my order #JGH251117,Never received a reply.That order was for 8 tablets and I only received 4.Until I received an e mail today i figured your company didn't care since there was no response to my original e mail
Order number JGH245263 was complete and i was satisfied
On my first order i was informed of the status from beginning to end ,on the last one ,there was no notification of what was going on, i was not even told if the credit card cleared,I was getting ready to place an order else where then it arrived ,short 4 tabs,but it arrived

The order was incredibly smooth, the next day I had both of my medications confidentially delivered, and, while expecting generics from an on-line pharmacy, was elated to realize that I received brand-name drugs!

Speedy delivery but poor packaging

The price is reasonable, delivery is fast, goods quality is fine. However, two things I would like to say. The postage is expensive as compared with any of your competitor.

The dostinex didn't deliver on all the hype, however the viagra and nolvadex were both excellent quality.

Great price for performance!

This is a high quality product and works as advertised. The packaging of the pills was of a high quality but was generically labeled as Vigora but the active ingredient is identical to the licensed product.
Cutting a higher-dosage pill for multiple uses is a way to save money. However, the active ingredient appears not to be evenly distributed in the pill among the filler, so crushing it in a pharmaceutical mortar or in a shot glass with the back of a spoon or the handle of a knife will probably work better. Although the crushed pill is quite bitter, applying it sublingually (under the tongue) results in a more potent experience and much more rapid onset (15 minutes instead of 30 plus minutes) than taken orally (swallowed).
This product was shipped directly from India in a very sturdy and non-descript package. However, as this is shipped directly from India, it too over a month to arrive in Canada, so re-order refills early.
I contacted customer support regarding the shipping on this product and they were very courteous.
