Good customer support

The was some variability between shipments. However, when I brought this to the attention of customer support, they quickly rectified the situation and sent a replacement shipment.. As a result I was satisfied with my purchase.

Product not as ordered

This product did not arrive in the form as ordered. When contacted, the help desk was not very good about remedy, but in fairness, they no longer ship into Canada, they did credit my account rounded up to a higher amount to satisfy me. I would like to re-order when and if they resume shipment to Canada

The support was excellent but it just longer than I expected for delivery. I was also required to sign for pick-up (receiving product). I wanted more privacy and preferred that the package be dropped off at my mailbox.

I found PharmacyEscrow.com to be professional from start to finish, and their customer service team communicated the progress of my order every step of the way. Having been in the customer service business for over 20 years I appreciated being informed along the way answering my questions even before I asked them. More than 4 months to be delivered!

I ordered Viagra on the 24th of April and it arrived onthe 10th of September (4,5 months!). It has been refused twice by the post. I had to give another address in France. The person received the parcel at the beginning of July but as she was away for holiday, i received the parcel in September. I would say that i'm not very satisfied with the shipping: I have made a request to PharmacyEscrow.com for discreet packaging for orders coming from India or Asia: packed in a tissue or a newspaper, but they replied saying that they do not handle the shipping section! So,it is this field that should be taken care of and work hard to improve for the satisfaction of the customer!
Regarding the Cialis, it did arrived in the allocated time but i'm not satisfied with the product: at times it does works but at times it doesn't. I cannot really trust the information the staff are providing me with and it is not of their fault. Thanking you in advance.

I am so glad that I found such an outstanding source for the meds I need.
