WELL AGAIN YOUR SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL !
I NEEDED A DIFFERENT FORMULATION AND ALL THE INFO I NEEDED WAS ON YOUR SITE.
I THEN ORDERED , HAD A PROBLEM WITH ON LINE PAYMENT BUT YOU HELPED ME WITH THAT IMMEDIATELY.
ORDER WAS THEN PLACED , ARRIVED ON TIME.

Shipping mishaps but it all worked out in the end

I seem to be running into shipping problems with parts of orders never making it. Not sure where the problem originates from. I must add though that Pharmacy Escrow has done everything they can to make it right. The only downside is the shipping time is long as it is, if you have to start over it takes quite a long time to get needed prescriptions.

Product is great, process needs work.

I've had problems with my last few orders. This time it was a procedure change in which my normal refill wasn't sent and I had to contact them to find out why. Then I was required to send in a letter stating how I was using the Rx. Not a problem, but I shouldn't have to call them because shipping wasn't happening.

Perfect Order!

This is how a web order is supposed to work! I placed my order via the refill option on PharmacyEscrow.com and happily received a $10 discount. No problems with payment and voila a few weeks later (the expected time frame) the shipment arrived. Great process!

Bad experience that was handled well.

I ordered 2 items. One came right away. The other...lets just say I got the reminder for a refill before I actually got the first shipment! It took a LONG time to get it, not sure why. But, the bright side is that when I contacted the help people it was handled very well. So overall, still pleased.
