Quick Shipping/Quality Product

I rated the support for this transaction a 4 for a few reasons. The first is for the quick shipping. This was my second order with pharmacy escrow and it definitely got here faster than last time.
I've had no problems with the medication and never any problem with customer service (like long hold times or incorrect information that you get with other companies).
The prices are slightly under what I would be paying here in the states without insurance so I don't mind.
The only setback is payment. All my cards are Master Card and American express and payment options seem to have changed so it complicates things for my next order.
I wish Pharmacy Escrow would take PayPal or Master Cards but I guess that's something ill just have to wait on.

Great Product

Still nothing bad to say about the actual product. I've been ordering from Pharmacy Escrow for about a year now and everything has been pretty consistent. I like refill reminders too. The prices are much more reasonable that I'd pay here in the U.S. with or without a prescription. Not to mention the cost I'd have to pay to a doctor every time I needed a refill. My only issue with the ordering process is that same issue I have with my last order. I used to be able to pay with a MasterCard or American Express - and the site still has them listed as payment options - but then when you get to the payment screen you can only pay by Visa if you want to use a card. Well, I don't have any Visa cards and the process to do it with a MasterCard through Western Union is just annoying. This issue is almost enough to drive me to start going to get medications locally....almost. Other than that HUGE payment issue, service has been pretty good. Dear Pharmacy Escrow, please figure something out with that.

Good service, good quality product

This company had an excellent price on Zovirax - it was sufficiently good that I was a little worried that maybe the quality wouldn't be perfect, but I was reassured by the message during the ordering process stating that although pharmacies and prices vary, the product quality is the same whichever pharmacy you buy from. And I have since been using the medication and found it works perfectly well!
I found the ordering process very straightforward and user friendly. My order took a little longer than expected to reach me (I ordered end of November and received the item just after the Christmas break). However, I received a polite message confirming when the item has been dispatched and was provided with tracking details so I could monitor the progress of my parcel.
All in all, I had a good experience of this company and the order process and I would have given 5 stars had the order arrived more quickly.
