Outstanding Customer Service

When I order a product online, I expect three things. First: The product is exactly what I ordered and for the best price. Second: It will be delivered on or before the promised date. And Third: Follow up email to confirm the order and another with tracking information. If this were all that Pharmacy Escrow provided, well then I could go just about anywhere. Pharmacy Escrow goes far beyond what is expected. In fact they provide the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. They go out of their way for me the customer. Too many companies have forgotten what it takes to keep customers. Thank you Pharmacy Escrow.

The first order was a little confusing as I have never done business overseas. Not knowing the mg, I thought that I was not given the correct amount. Your people were helpful in double checking and assuring that I got the right amount.

I enjoy the products, and got the intended results, although the growth is slow. I had no problems it just took a long time to arrive. The generics seem like they are equivalent. And the order from India was fine too.

Review of Pharmacyescrow.com 11/2 order

I am extremely pleased with the speed of the entire transaction. I placed my order on 11/2/09 and received it last night, which was 11/18/09. Just over two weeks time, from the moment it was placed to when it arrived at my home! The time required to place the order, for the physician to review my medical file and approve the prescription, and for the pharmacy in India to send it to me was less than the shipping times given for standard shipping!
One qualm I do have- it's hard to contact someone through e-mail. I had received a coupon discount for refilling my order and replied to the e-mail according to the instructions to benefit from the offer, but only received a generic e-mail stating that my message was received. No coupon code discount provided.
I do plan on using pharmacyescrow.com to refill my order in the future.

Having found your site by searching by product name I was delighted to see that I could order ESTRACE (ESTRADIOL) (OVESTIN) (ESTROFEM) VAG CREAM 15G GENERIC 3 online. I had previously been prescribed this medication by a doctor so I searched for the cream with the same ingredients. I don't like going to the doctors and waiting for an hour in a crowded noisy waiting room, paying expensive consultation charges followed by prescription charges. The cost of my Pharmacy Escrow order was similar to what I would pay in Australia, given the fact that I can get reduced prescription charges.If I had to pay full price them Pharmacy Escrow would definitely be cheaper too. The bonus for me is in not having to GO to the doctors and suffer the inconvenience as well as the personal revelations I would need to give in order to receive the prescription and then more waiting to get the cream at the chemists.
On the down side two things happened. Someone telephoned me about an incomplete order at 11.30 p.m. waking me up. Apparently they needed more information so I said I would deal with it the next day.I said just cancel the order and they replied that they would charge me $24 to do that. The next day I discovered that due to a computer malfunction there were two identical orders.The first order I completed had actually transmitted. Not knowing this, I had filled in the order again.
I contacted Pharmacy Escrow by their website and the second order was immediately cancelled which impressed me immensely. The 3 creams that I ordered arrived so quickly that I was stunned! I wish I could send a birthday card from Brisbane to Perth as quickly.
I have since recommended both the website and the cream to a friend.
The cream does exactly what it is meant to do and I have no hesitation in reordering it from Pharmacy Escrow.I did 'forget' it was probably costed in US$ though and not Australian $ which I think needs to be made more obvious on the website.

Excellent service, good product

Through every step of the process, customer service was excellent... considerably better than other online pharmacies I've used in the past. My product arrived in its original packaging, in date, and in perfect condition. My only complaint is higher than average shipping. I will definitely be using Pharmacyescrow.com again.

My order was shipped safely and I was happy with the quality as well as the price. I really liked how they contacted me through e-mail to let me know about my order and kept me updated. It was reassuring how if I had any problems that I could call a number or e-mail them at any time. The first time I ordered it took about four weeks to get my order so I hope that the next time I order it will be faster but I will order again.
