order took as long as 8 weeks

Again, the order took as long as eight weeks to get to me. I ask the customer service person why this is happening. It sounds like they are reading from a manual and they do not understand English very well.

This order took more time than last

Each time I order, it seems that it takes longer and longer to receive the order. I was told by customer service that it was because of the holiday season that it took so long to be sent to me.

I believe this order took as long as 8 weeks to reach me. The turnover time to receive the order was longer than the last time.

poor customer service

I had requested Express mail for my order to come in 8 to 10 days. When it was past the time, that I should have gotten the order, I called customer service. I explained the situation and asked her to track the order. The person seemed very confused. She kept telling me that you could not track it. (I just received the package yesterday and today I got an e-mail with the tracking number. That's really no help to receive it after I get it when it's late.) Anyway, the customer service rep. kept putting me on hold, kept telling me she could not track it which was not true. I was on this phone call for FORTY minutes(most of the time on hold and could not get a straight answer). Your customer service people really need to be trained on what is and is not correct on the rules of shipping, payment, the time it takes on the phone helping the customer.
