Keep up the great work!

Although the process is understandably time consuming, since medications are shipped from overseas, this lengthy process could be a little better defined from the outset.

Other than that, the entire process was great; I called Customer Service 2-3 times to check on delivery times and they were always very polite and helpful, very considerate of a customer's concerns.

The products seems to be of good quality but, since I just received the first of three deliveries three days ago, I will need more time to evaluate this particular aspect of the entire experience.

Based on what I have experienced thus far I will definitely recommend your services to friends and family who have a need similar to mine (recurring use of medication which is EXTREMELY and unjustifiably expensive in the US).

Great Job On a lot of Shipments

I ordered a 90 day supply for 9 different drugs for various conditions my wife and I require treatment for. The total cost was almost $1,000, but that was way less than retail or even other mail order places. They all arrived within a couple weeks. Great work!

I have been using Pharmacyescrow.com several years. I can say without reservation that his is one of the more reliable online services I have used and I am buying on line in something I do often. On one occasion I had a problem with my order, but it was no problem to contact their support and resolve the issue. Keep up the good work

My order was delivered better than I ordered .I ordered 90 40 MG pills with 10 free and when they came there was 200 20 mg pills . I had told them I cut them in half to save money and now I don't have too.

I was pleasantly surprised that you at PharmacyEscrow were pro active in every step of the process. As soon as my order was place, I received an email confirming my order and telling me what to expect and when to expect it. You even labeled them 1/4, 2/4 for me so I always knew where I was in the order process. Then you followed up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied and informing me as to the status of my order. Very impressive! I would definitely order with you again!

Mediocre performance

I give your On-Line Pharmacy a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 Excellent! However, I have only rated you a 3 because it seems the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Case in point – I get two calls in the same day reminding me my prescription is coming due. The second person doesn’t know the first person called. After I re-order I get more calls. One leaves me a voice mail informing me that you are processing my order and that there is a problem. Please call. The next call I get I answer and the person tells me you are processing my order. I ask is everything okay and their response is ‘everything is okay, no problems’. The next thing I know I get an email telling me there is a problem and please call. Before I can call, I get another call the caller informs me of the problem (a doctor needs my blood pressure numbers – which I take regularly and keep track of and I give him my last 3 readings)
