First Time Customer - Retin A and Benzamycin

I'm a first time customer, so this was a test for me to see if I'd use this service again. Overall, it was a good experience. One of the items (Retin A) did not arrive after a month of waiting. Turns out it was returned by customs, although USPS isn't clear about this on their tracking website. So the replacement shipment took about 2 1/2 weeks in addition. But Pharmacy Escrow picked up the re-shipping cost. The other item came in just under four weeks after the initial order. Both products are as described and are manufactured by American companies. The main difference is packaging and instructions. The Benzamycin for example, required mixing and the instructions were in Indian. So I had to search online for hints on how to properly mix (there are no posted reprints of the mixing instructions on the drug manufacturer's website or elsewhere). I recommend Pharmacy Escrow consider a section on their site for English translations of various product instructions to help make it easier than customers having to search online. Overall, I would use this service again for refills.
