Arrived on time, medications worked fine.

There was some initial confusion with Pharmacy Escrow, since I had a prescription written by my own doctor. I had trouble finding the FAX number to send it to them. A call to customer service answered that quickly and I FAX'd my script over, but PE still phoned me (at night) to ask what I was going to do about a script. I don't like this at all and I don't like getting phone calls from vendors at home - that's why I have an email address. Pharmacy Escrow needs a box to check on their profile page to select preferred method of contact. Anyway, the people were nice and once the script issue was straightened out, all was well. The cost was competitive with the non-US insurance reimbursed cost. The medications arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. They worked fine - what else is there to say?

It was relieved to my mail box within the time promised less a couple of days and although I haven't received my credit card statement am confident that the billing is correct.

I am very satisfied with the products coming from New Zealand. They are shipped in a timely manner .I have not the highest rating for India as the time is always more than expected.

Delay due to a pharmacy change

This is for order JGH265982. Again I have a little problem with the timing delivery because there was a delay due to a pharmacy change again and then the products seem to take almost the full amount of time, the full 14 days which is unlike some of the other orders I had put in the past so I think it may have been that this pharmacy was slower or not as rapid as some of the other pharmacies so I would give this order only 4 stars. I had to follow up a few times with the email to find out where the order was, but overall still very satisfied with the prices and the products and the overall customer satisfaction is still very high. Just a little bit more advanced notice and timely delivery would be a little bit appreciated especially when there is pharmacy changes.
