I want you to know how very pleased I am with your service. It is very professional and everyone, whether a live chat or by phone is extremely courteous and professional. One thing I particularly like is the fact that I am not swamped with phone calls. You have done exactly as I requested: notifying me by email when it is time for a refill. This is done is a very timely manner, allowing plenty of time for my order to arrive. I never have to miss a dose of this medicine due to waiting for it to be delivered. Thanks for all your help and support.

Hi, my name is John, I order Toprol from Pharmacy Escrow every few months as I suffer from hyper tension and required this type of medicine to control my blood pressure. I have been using Pharmacy Escrow for over four years now and never had any problems, I have ordered from many of their pharmacies, from New Zealand and Europe and have recently settled and used mostly their East Indian pharmacy. I also ordered the generic version of the drug and the quality is great, it gets the job done as it’s supposed to and buying the generic allows me to get more from my money. The packaging is very discreet and it arrives usally in about three weeks and the staff at Pharmacy Escrow are very friendly and efficient as well, they would follow up with phone calls letting you know about your order status, keeping you updated on any problems that may be occurring and they even give you a call to remind you when it’s time to refill. So, just to recap, I think their service is great, the product is superb and the attention to detail from the company is most excellent and I highly recommend using them. Thank you

Very Satisfied

I like the way I am reminded, via email, that it is time to reorder. I then continue via the link provided and place my order, submit payment and receive notification, regularly, as to the status of my order. Once it is delivered, I am also notified that delivery was made or attempted. If no one was home they notify me so I am aware that the USPS left a notice to pick my order up at the post office. Everything is efficient and painless and I like that very much.

I expect a pharmacy to be transparent - take my prescriptions, filling them quickly and efficiently. This is exactly what happened, which is why I like this company so much.

Kept my pressure low just like the brand name medication

After I lost my insurance I couldn't afford to pay $150 per month for my b/p medications so I looked online. I was a bit leery at first but for the same $150 I was getting 3 month supply instead of one so I had to try. The medications came in about two weeks and I am very happy with them. They do the same job keeping my b/p lowered as the brand name drugs do. I will be ordering again!

Good service

I had a few problems with this order because a few days after lodging it a released I bought the wrong medications. I got in touch with customer service and explain my problem. I asked them to cancel my order. They said it was possible but there would be $20 cancellation fee. Then they added that the fee could be waved if I made another order straightway. I did it, with the right medications this time, and I got back all my money from the previous order in less than a couple of days. I thought they acted very efficiently and with great honesty.
