With the exception of the order that I placed immediately after this one, PharmacyEscrow.com has been on point with delivery of my medications. I have never had a problem with any medications that I have purchased from PharmacyEscrow.com . And, whenever I've had to deal with customer service, they have been friendly and very helpful. I believe that customer satisfaction is important to PharmacyEscrow.com . And, I think they strive to be the leader in international PharmacyEscrow.com. Thank you for giving those of us in the U.S. another (cheaper) option for prescription medications.
The delivery of this order was delayed. As my injection due date approached, and I had not yet received my medication, I immediately contacted PharmacyEscrow.com. The customer service associate that I spoke with was very helpful and assured me that he would have another prescription filled and shipped out express. Though I believe that he did do his best to get my order delivered on time, I still missed my due date and had to wait for my cycle to return before being put back on my Depo injections. Again, I do not fault PharmacyEscrow.com. I am in the U.S. and I realize that international shipping is not "perfect," even when I've ordered with enough time to cover any possible shipping lags.

I was disappointed (and a little surprised) with this last delivery, considering how “perfect” the previous delivery was. I don’t like your processing of international (from the U.S.) orders. There are too many steps (and it transfers me to a 3-party site). Why is purchasing from the U.S. so difficult? I have to go through all these different screens, just to bill my transaction to my card. I purchase all sorts of items over the Internet, including from other international companies. I’ve never had any problems with my card being processed (until now). My concern is that I will eventually miss my medication’s deadline, because I won’t be able to get the transaction to go through. Will your system for accepting U.S. payments be changing in the future to a more “user-friendly” option? I NEVER had problems purchasing online...what changed??
The checkout for this order was much, much easier...and my medications arrived in record time. Thank you for continuing to strive to ensure that our prescription deliveries are timely. This is critical for those of us who have very specific time frames that our medications have to be taken within. The one thing that I didn’t like was the new “charge” for a doctor’s approval. I guess I understand it, but was surprised that this new charge was instituted without informing your customers prior to the policy change. Please consider at least forwarding an email to us when changes like this occur, especially when it’s one involving an increase in costs.
