I did not pay with check

I'm not sure why it says I paid with check as I did not. Same problem as last time. The order took way longer than usual and I had a problem understanding the customer service person.

This was the first time I ordered through pharmacyescrow.com. I was surprised how easy it is to order and get any questions answered. It seemed easier to use this website than other websites.

Each time I order, it seems that it takes longer and longer to receive the order. I was told by customer service that it was because of the holiday season that it took so long to be sent to me.

Again, the order took as long as eight weeks to get to me. I ask the customer service person why this is happening. It sounds like they are reading from a manual and they do not understand English very well.

Very unhappy you do not take mastercard

Because you no longer take mastercard, I have to wait an additional one or two weeks to get my order which already takes at least a month to get to me. This is a major inconvenience that you should look into. Many people have only mastercard and need to use it.
