Hi, this is Jack in Beijing, China and I want to tell you about why I’ve been using PharmacyEscrow.com for almost 5 years now and how pleased I am in general with the service and especially the last two years, I think they’ve made real improvements in the customer service and asking for self interviews like this to tell you the customer’s own experience I think expresses their concern to do better and better for the customer ‘s and I have certinatly noticed that quality getting better over years but for me again being in China sometimes, the mail is very difficult to guarantee but I must say I’ve never had a shipment go bad with Pharmacy Escrow, it has always got here within basically the time limits. Two years back I had some issues I think with them, with the pharmacies that they’ve used taking long to deliver my order put it in the mail but certainly from Pharmacy Escrow’s point, the customer service had been excellent, consistently answering the e-mails, keeping me in the loop, so, again 5 years experience with them and I can only unreservedly recommend them to you, thank you.

This is a recording for the PharmacyEscrow.com people and I have been using them for over 4 years and I would very much recommend them, but I have some criticisms or suggestions that I feel they could deliver better service. One of the things is that when sometimes the deliveries have been delayed I’ve asked them to find out what’s happening and they say well we don’t know because the pharmacies are not under our responsibility but I suggest that they can make some sort of arrangements with these various pharmacies to find out, approximately anyway how long it will be before the deliveries are made and if the deliveries are following along with those particular promises than they should contact them and say get going, move them and pressure them so this is my only basic complaint but overall I think the service has been good and that fact that I have been using them for over 4 years and will continue too says that, ok.
