My order was delivered in a reasonably quick time however I had to followup with customer service to re-enter my payment by credit card (visa) as apparently the first attempt failed when I submitted the order - even though I received no advice that there was any problem. Anyway, once in touch with your staff, they were able to process the payment immediately. the only other negative feedback is that the tracking of my orders has never been correct ie. I've been unable to successfully track any of my deliveries even though I've followed the necessary links via your customer portal etc. using the quoted tracking number. I'm not sure why this does not work - but in each case, my orders have simply arrived at my destination.
