This was a big order

I decided to order all of our prescriptions from you this time, at least enough for the two of us for 6 months. I had taken advantage of the one time shipping for the rest of our lives and thought that was a very good deal, as long as your prices were competitive. The time to process and receive the product had dramatically improved over the past two years I had been ordering from your company and your packaging had improved over prior orders. I feel your company offers us a chance to get the prescriptions we need and otherwise could not afford to buy here in the US. Once again it was a simple and easy process and saved us a lot of money. I have found no difference between the brands you offer and we get here except of course the cost. Thank you for offering such a great experience for people for who have no choice or would do without as we have no insurance.

The orders that we received from India were here with in two weeks of ordering. The order from Australia took another week to 10 days. There was no problem getting on the internet and ordering it was quick and as easy as ordering anything else over the internet. I did have a problem with my password as I order only two or three times a year. When I was locked out because of my password. I called your number the person was cordial and friendly but put me on hold for at least 5 minutes and then I was disconnected. I called again and they couldn't find my account. Even though I have been ordering from you for two years or more. This was frustrating and a waste of time. Though it was my fault, I had not written the password down where I could find it. I finally found it and called back to have account unlocked, which went fairly quickly and I was able to access my account. Overall I rated you a 4 because you have improved your ordering and delivery over the past couple of years.

I thought I had been ripped off.

This was my second experience ordering drugs on line, my first with you. I was not sure if I would receive them or not, since they were coming from overseas and it was illegal. I took the chance and ordered. The price was right, a huge savings for us, but it took almost 6 weeks to get here. I had to go to the post office to pick them up and was very apprehensive. The packing was terrible, it was partially open when I received the package and was poorly packaged. I must say you have improved dramatically since then but was unsure about ordering the next time from your company, due to time and packaging. The reason I decided to reorder I found you to be the most competitive and least inexpensive and figured next time I knew it would take about 6 weeks and it did. I will continue to order from you as long as you have the best pricing.
