- I first ordered this item 9/29 (order ref JGH243546). After 10 days without any shipping information I contacted support about the matter.
Within 24 hour I got the shipping information and a few hours later a mail from support telling me the item was shipped. It felt like the my order was forgotten or lost somewhere, and once I sent the mail it was suddenly "found".
It usually takes one or two days after the order that I get the shipping information and the Item is in my mail a few days after that.
- After the shipment notice, I tracked the package, and it was held in custom for several day. This is of course nothing we can do about.
- It had been in custom, but there was no evidence that the package has been opened. Norwegian customs don't or is not allowed to remove items from a shipment. At least without notifying the receiver.
- I have sent a mail to support, but received no answer.
- For the record, I have had many orders with you without any problems, so normally I would rate you outstanding, but this time was a setback and
- I still have not received what I ordered and paid for. New mail to support is underway. Hopefully I get an answer this time.
