user experience was nice and smooth

Although the overall experience has been quite good but your online e-commerce portal design is not user-friendly enough. I found it not easy to find exactly what I was looking for and there was not enough choices to choose from. Once the item was found, the rest was very easy. The website keeps a good record, and the "refill" feature is especially useful as customers usually buy the same items for longer term use. I called twice to clarify matters the staff were nice and though and courteous but one of them spoke English with heavy accent which is hard to understand. I guess it is a common problem when you outsource call centers to non-English speaking countries. I had no problem during the escrow process, and I consider the shipping time acceptable. Product quality was as good as expected, or as good as what can be purchased from the pharmacies. Hence, I'd say, other than the search for purchase item and the phone conversation with your staff, it was overall a positive experience.
