Great Service on the Escrow Side...But

As the second order I had placed through your service, I was fully expecting/hoping to have a similar experience as I did with my first order.

In all regards, save one, things were great.

As before, finding the medications and placing the order were simple and painless...as was paying for the order.

The speed with which the product arrived was also outstanding, as before.

The problem, though, had to do with the way this particular pharmacy had packaged the medications.

In order to keep things as compact as possible, the person who assembled the shipment made an error which caused two very irritating results.

The shipper nested the medications together very tightly--extremely tightly--in bundles of about five packets each, and then used a plastic film like Saran Wrap to hold each bundle together.

Talk about your overkill, though. So he wrapped and wrapped and wrapped and wrapped each bundle, to the point where it was nearly impossible to open each individual bundle without damaging the product within.

Morever...due to the compression, and the fact that the meds were of the type that had foil backs through which to push the pills, about eighty percent of the pills were crushed and had popped through the foil backing. (A few were even crushed to the point where the powder within was escaping the pill.)

If not for the fact that we would be using the medications right away, I would have had some concerns about whether the meds might not have the normal shelf life, due to the crushing.

I have to tell you...it was very frustrating. Especially trying to get the product out of the (over)wrapping.

Outside of that, though, my satisfaction with PharmacyEscrow.com remains very high.

Four Times and Counting -- Still Very Satisfied

While this was my fourth order...it was my FIRST without any shipping charges whatsoever!

I must say...anyone who has ongoing needs for a particular medicine--or regimen of medicines--really stands to benefit by taking advantage of your free lifetime shipping offer.

$99.00 allows you four shipments per year. At best, I would have paid $120.00 for four shipments via your service, without paying for the free shipping.

Now, so long as I space things out properly, I stand to save a great deal of money. For instance...over five years--with four shipments per year--the cost would have been at least $600.00 ! My cost for that privilege? The original $99.00 .

That's $501.00 in savings...which will pay for an awful lot of medications!

In addition to the outstanding service you continue to give me, I also wanted to thank you for the medical questionnaire which is a part of your ordering process.

Since it isn't very easy--as a consumer--to handle prescriptions via an online setting, it's nice to know that you have some level of control implemented, to make people think about the requests they are making through your system.

Keep up the good work!

My First Experience...

I'm no stranger to using the internet for online purposes, and have even used it--with a different company--in order to purchase prescription drugs.
The company I was using, however, had stopped accepting payments with my credit card type, which pretty much left me stranded, when it came to paying less for medications.
After doing a bit of research, to try finding a replacement resource, I came across your company's site.
Naturally, being a first-timer with you, I was concerned about whether you were legitimately capable of satisfying my needs.
With that thought being foremost in my mind, I went ahead and placed my initial order, hoping that things would go smoothly, as the pricing was definitely attractive.
Not only was the ordering process simple, but the antibiotic arrived quicker than I had experienced with the previous company, too.
So, while it was initially a shock and disappointment to lose the ability to order through the other company, that loss led me to finding a source with better prices and service in the way of PharmacyEscrow.com. Thanks for being there!

Taking the Next Step -- Free Lifetime Shipping

With this, my third order with your company, I decided it was time to "bite the bullet" and spring for the FREE LIFETIME SHIPPING.
When considering the fact that shipping was normally going to cost me at least thirty dollars per order...and perhaps more, if the items I needed came from more than one country, it just didn't make sense to keep paying the freight, time and time again.
Even though there is one main limitation on the service, in that you can't make more than four separate orders in the course of a calendar year without having shipping charges re instituted on the fifth order...it just takes a bit of planning to ensure that you stay within the four shipment limitation.
It really hasn't been difficult, for me, to make sure that I spread my orders out...and the fact that shipments would go back to being free on the annual anniversary date makes it so, even if I would exceed the four shipment per year limitation, it most likely wouldn't be long before things would reset to free.
What's more, with international shipping rates, I can certainly understand why you would need to put such a limitation out there, or your costs could easily balloon out of control...most likely resulting in our--as consumers--seeing the prices we have to pay for your products rise in order to cover excess shipping costs.
Once again...I was very pleased with your service, and would highly recommend PharmacyEscrow.com to anyone who is interested in making their prescription drug dollars go farther.
