I have made several orders now and have always been happy with the quality products and shipping times. My recent order took a little longer than expected due to custom issues and a glitch with the pharmaceutical company. After placing a single call, any concerns were erased when a representative contacted me to assure that I will get my order. I was contacted by phone and by email and promptly received my order. No worries here! Thanks for your great service.

The order was originally delayed by customs. I had informed your staff and sent my custom notice and was informed another order would be placed on my behalf. This order was promptly received afterwards. Shipping was very quick. I'm glad that these are quality name brand products we are familiar with. Thanks for the help! On my way to good health! The order was delayed slightly b/c the original pharmacy no longer made shipments my way. I was contacted and informed by you that the order would be re-placed and sent again. I have the utmost confidence in the quality in your products since I placed my first order almost 2 years ago. Your staff was wonderful as I placed this recent order from the chatline. There was concern regarding shipment from a particular pharmacy after I placed the order but Tony was on the ball and informed me of the problem and proceeded to help me order from another company with the same quality products. He applied the credits I had accumulated and placed the order the same day in order for me to receive my products in a timely manner. And in good time it was! Less than 2 weeks! Not business days, but less than 2 weeks from the date of order. I would like to thank you again for providing us with a great service and a source for quality products.
