Product Delivery and the goods itself.

The product came as ordered, no sign of damage or stolen goods even after the strict Australian customs had checked the merchandise. It arrived at a local post office in which a signature verification was required for security. The whole internet purchase experience was positive except the website itself that takes a while to load up.

Same product was ordered, it came promptly (after a careful scrutiny of Australian customs- never miss an inspection). Overall positive experience. All emails queries were promptly attended for, credit charge process was smooth, and application of store credit (from previous purchase) was easily applied for for the current order. Still having issues with websites loading up.
