Excellent service

This company provided a great service. I had problem with my credit card and it was initially declined so I received a prompt and very polite call to arrange payment and then received my order very shortly afterward.

This is SO much easier than regular trips to my GP who never answers the phone and nearly always messes up my repeat prescription!

Good service, good quality product

This company had an excellent price on Zovirax - it was sufficiently good that I was a little worried that maybe the quality wouldn't be perfect, but I was reassured by the message during the ordering process stating that although pharmacies and prices vary, the product quality is the same whichever pharmacy you buy from. And I have since been using the medication and found it works perfectly well!
I found the ordering process very straightforward and user friendly. My order took a little longer than expected to reach me (I ordered end of November and received the item just after the Christmas break). However, I received a polite message confirming when the item has been dispatched and was provided with tracking details so I could monitor the progress of my parcel.
All in all, I had a good experience of this company and the order process and I would have given 5 stars had the order arrived more quickly.
