I applied for the HCG challenge because I was interested in the product and the chance to receive it free was very appealing. Unfortunately, they did not announce the winners of this contest on the date they had listed, and three weeks later, I was still waiting to hear. This was very frustrating because I had held off my order while I waited to find out if I had won. Finally I called customer service. While the staff attempted to be friendly, they could not understand me and I had difficulty understanding them. No one could tell me the status of the contest, or whether or not I was winner. Several times I was asked to call back. One person finally told me that he would have a supervisor call me. I did not receive the call. Finally, almost a week later, I got an answer. I had not been chosen for the challenge. I immediately placed my order, but even with priority, it took a week before I received an email with confirmation of shipping. The package finally arrived but it took several weeks. When I looked at the postmark, I saw that it had been shipped out one week later than the date on my confirmation email. I rated this a rating of 2 because the experience was not a good one, but I did receive the package eventually.

My order did eventually go out and it did arrive intact, but it took over four weeks from the date it was shipped, which was five days after I placed the order with priority shipping. The entire process left a lot to be desired but I did ultimately receive the product.
