very frustrating experience

I applied for the HCG challenge because I was interested in the product and the chance to receive it free was very appealing. Unfortunately, they did not announce the winners of this contest on the date they had listed, and three weeks later, I was still waiting to hear. This was very frustrating because I had held off my order while I waited to find out if I had won. Finally I called customer service. While the staff attempted to be friendly, they could not understand me and I had difficulty understanding them. No one could tell me the status of the contest, or whether or not I was winner. Several times I was asked to call back. One person finally told me that he would have a supervisor call me. I did not receive the call. Finally, almost a week later, I got an answer. I had not been chosen for the challenge. I immediately placed my order, but even with priority, it took a week before I received an email with confirmation of shipping. The package finally arrived but it took several weeks. When I looked at the postmark, I saw that it had been shipped out one week later than the date on my confirmation email. I rated this a rating of 2 because the experience was not a good one, but I did receive the package eventually.

better than previous orders

I had placed previous orders with Pharmacyescrow.com and this experience was better than the others. The website was still very slow and problematic, but I was able to put my order through in one sitting, which was much easier than my previous attempts. There was a challenge with this order however. While I was waiting for confirmation of shipping, the website listed my product as out of stock, and customer service did not seem to know if my order would be processed. This was made even more frustrating by the fact that no one in customer service spoke English as a first language, and this made communication very difficult. Everything did work out however, and my order was shipped out and received. Like my previous orders, it did not arrive quickly, but again took longer that the time range listed on the website.

There were several challenges with placing this order. First of all, the website was so slow that it took several attempts just to find what I needed. When the website did work, I was able to put in my order, but it took a very long time. Then, several days later, when I called customer sevice to find out why my order had not yet shipped, I was unable to get a straight answer. While the staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful, no one spoke English a first language, and no one said the same thing twice. I could barely understand them, and they did not seem to know what I was saying either. When I did make myself understood, it seemed like they were just reading the answers from somewhere and that no one really knew what was going on and no one could direct me to anyone who did. My order did eventually go out and it did arrive intact, but it took over four weeks from the date it was shipped, which was five days after I placed the order with priority shipping. The entire process left a lot to be desired but I did ultimately receive the product.
