When I ordered, I was given an email update, then the tracking number, finally when there was a customs issue, they had the supplier resend the missing item, upon receive confirmation of the customs letter. Excellent response to questions and excellent overall service. Good work!

Received products in timely fashion, received email update and also tracking information. Well packed and as always I receive customer service responses to emails, I even got a phone call! Great work guys!
