Very Good Quality Products

The medications that I received were sealed in individual "blister packs" inside of small boxes that were labeled with the drug information. One of the medications was in a capsule form whereas last time I ordered it was in a table form. Regardless, it is the same medication and works just fine.
Users may not be accustomed to the appearance of the boxes which are typically covered in packing tape. We don't usually ship items in the U.S. with this method of packing, but it works well and protects the products during international shipping.

Half of order was received

The pharmacy did not have a supply of this product when my order was received. They had another pharmacy ship the product, but in the transfer they entered a number that was half of the amount that I actually ordered. This was an oversight, not intentional.
I contacted customer service and asked for assistance. Initially I did not receive good service, but I was finally able to get them to realize what had happened to my order. They corrected the problem and the missing product was received (at no extra cost to me).
I have used this company several times and this is the only time I had an issue. Since this issue, I have ordered products and had very good results. My experience on this particular order just goes to show that no one is perfect. The company is committed to correcting problems when they occur.
