What a great resource. Fast friendly service and products that I can't get in the states without having to pay much, much, more. Thank you for your service and your support network were very helpful when I needed to know what to expect or where to find something. Although I was concerned about ordering from such a distant place, my order was delivered promptly and seems to be of similar quality to products I've personally received from a brick and mortar pharmacy.

Where is my order?

I have ordered from you in the past and received outstanding delivery and service. I ordered my product in January and it is now March... I have yet to see it. I've contacted customer service multiple times and they continue to tell me to wait. They also state that they don't know where it is and won't know if I receive it. How can I then prove to them I have NOT received it? I would recommend your updating your shipping practices to keep your customers more informed. Other than that, as long as you receive the medication, it is of great quality and a good price. (I'll continue to bug customer service and see what they will end up doing to satisfy my order or give me a refund.)

Great place to order hCG especially if you are going to do the protocol yourself. So easy to order from Pharmacyescrow.com and it is a business you can trust. Although my order came in two shipments, it arrived completed with the product ordered within the time frame specified. I recommend this service to all my friends and family and trust them to deliver what I ordered in the time they say it will get here. Great price, great selection, great service, and very trustworthy of my business.

This service provides patients who can't afford the hcg program locally with another alternative. What an amazing service you offer and I feel confident referring friends and family to your website. Your company strives to provide great customer service and you offer products for a 10th of what physicians are charging locally (for the same thing!). My order was received and it was what I expected. Thank you for your help with my order when I needed it and I can say your customer service is very courteous and eager to answer questions and solve concerns.

I was worried about my order not coming all at once. I contacted customer service and they immediately looked into my order and contacted the respective pharmacy. They also followed up to make sure I received the completed order. When my order came it was very well protected, and the product was just what I needed. Because I was so excited to start the HCG Diet protocol, I gave only 4 stars because I couldn't start immediately. However, the service was always polite and informative. My product arrived in a protective pouch with the right medication, within the time frame specified. This Internet site and this pharmacy that they used seemed very trustworthy and professional with my private information, my order, and my business.

This order got lost somewhere along the way. I recommend you keep track of what you order and stay abreast of when your order should arrive. If it doesn't, contact PharmacyEscrow.com and they will research the problem and send a replacement order as quick as they are able to verify the information with the shipping pharmacy. I received the replacement order sooner than a normal shipment and the product was what I expected. Thanks to PharmacyEscrow.com, I was assured of receiving what I ordered and didn't get stuck with a bill and no product.

Wonderful service! I was concerned about my product, contacted your "live chat" and they researched everything for me. Your customer service was excellent and the funny thing is that I received my medications the next day! They are high quality (I tested them myself) and a very reasonable price. Great resource and wonderful service...what a great combination!
