I was most impressed with the ordering process since it was my first time to use PharmacyEscrow.com. Once I had answered all of the registration questions and submitted the particulars for my condition, it was very easy. The staff were very sincere and understanding of my situation - my medication is unavailable in the country where I am now living, so it is imperative that I get my medications this way. The medication came through in reasonably good time, although I think one med was actually out of date and the company kindly re-sent the order and credited my account with a discount on the next order. Finally, I was most satisfied with the packaging and condition of the products upon arrival.

Excellent trouble shooting

Navigating through the online ordering system was vary easily done up until the the very last stage. It seems my web browser, security set up or something didn't like the final step of processing the payment details. Fortunately, the online chat with the very friendly staff, Kurt, made the order possible by manually processing the order. It did however mean having to re submit credit card details etc., which takes time. Also, I was a little uneasy about submitting credit card details through a live chat window but the operator did verify my identity and it did show that Macafee managed the security of the software. The follow up e-mails were very helpful and re-assuring as not only computer-generated messages came through, but also personalized messages too. My medications came through very quickly, within a week or so, and I will definitely be placing future orders with PharmacyEscrow.com.
