Hard to imagine ordering these products on my own.

This is my 3rd order with you.

I work with a Naturopathic Physician who recommends the ideal products and medications for my condition. But these medications and products are sometimes not available in the USA, and often they're way too expensive. As I researched where to find such products reliably, and how to find them at a good price, I was lucky enough to come across PharmacyEscrow.com.
They've not only put together a large selection of products, but they've also organized and supervised pharmacies worldwide as their trusted suppliers. In this order alone the products I ordered came from 3 different continents. It's hard to imagine doing that on my own. And yet -- they all arrived well within the specified delivery parameters.
The customer service people are extremely service oriented, and they follow-through as promised. There was some initial confusion on this order, but the service rep put it straight in one call, and sent an email confirmation the next day, as promised.
I've been very pleased with the service and quality of products in all 3 of my orders.

Order replaced quickly

This order was somehow held up in Customs and never made it through. When I inquired on what to do the staff re-ordered it and the new shipment arrived very quickly with no problems. This service was very impressive.

Helpful staff, quick replacement of damaged item

This was my first order with Pharmacy Escrow, and the staff was very helpful with the information they provided via the Online Chat feature. The products arrived within the estimated delivery times, which was quite good. One of the products was damaged, which i reported by email, and was given instructions for how to get it replaced. The replacement arrived even quicker than the original order, which was better service than I expected.

This is my 4th order with you, and I just want you to know I'm very pleased with the quality of your products and your service. The products are first-rate. The deliveries haven't always gone exactly as planned - which is not unexpected in dealing with a worldwide operation. And yet the times I've needed support from your staff they've been unfailingly courteous, and have gotten things resolved very quickly. This sort of reliability is what counts most. Thank-you for your commitment to quality and service.

The staff was "too honest"...

This order went very smoothly. Ordered on the website, no problems, very quick delivery, no need to contact the staff for any reason.
But what caught my attention was an email I received from Customer Service apologizing that their Internet Service had been down for 24 hours, and asking if I needed anything. Most companies would try to play down a situation like this, so I admired the honest communication from the staff. They weren't really "too honest", but they did go out of their way to give all the facts.
