My order was handled and processed efficiently and with no problems. The delivery did take longer than anticipated, but arrived with no difficulty. I would not hesitate to order again and will probably be doing so in a few months. I have also recommended your service to several others.

First RX time order.

This was my first time ordering this medication and I was amazed at how thorough and efficient your staff was in handling the process. The contact from the physician was unexpected, but greatly appreciated and the customer service reps continue to provide excellent service. I was please to be able to obtain this medication that I must take frequently so efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the customer service and how quickly I was contacted when my credit card had a problem with an international charge. The person I spoke with was very helpful and told me what I needed to do and to call back when I had contacted my bank. The follow up was very good. Shipping took about 4 weeks, which was about what I figured the average was. This is my second order and I would not hesitate to order again.

I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service, the personal contact and the follow up with each order. My most recent order went even smoother then previous ones. The escrow process has definitely improved and is so much easier to deal with. The communication from the initial order through to the followup upon completion was excellent. When I had to call regarding an email I received just to confirm my order had been shipped, the customer service rep was pleasant, very helpful and quickly gave me the information I needed. Also, it seems that delivery time has improved by at least 10 days sooner than previous shipments have taken. I couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of the service. Thank you.

I have ordered HCG several times and the assistance and helpfulness of your customers service staff has always been excellent. Whatever it has taken to process my order quickly and efficiently, emails or phone calls, has been handled both professionally and friendly. The product has always arrived packed well and in average shipping time, depending on where the order is coming from. I have recommended this service to some friends who has had a need to purchase some of the same and different medications that I have and the feedback from them has been most positive.
