I placed this order online because my first order with you went so well. The only issue is that your orders seem to take five weeks for delivery to South Carolina, USA. That is a long time even for overseas. Your product quality has been great so far.

Difficulty with website on that day.

On 10-21-08 the website was not receiving orders. I tried placing an order, and when I couldn't I called the 800-number. The customer service reps couldn't use their network either, so they had to call me back. It took a total of four phone calls that day, from them to me, to place my order. They were very nice and I actually felt sorry for them when they had to deal with such a problem. They eventually did an excellent job of placing my order and getting me what I needed. Please watch the reliability of your network. Thanks. LG.

Outsourced part of my order.

It took a little longer to receive one of my medications because the pharmacy didn't have it. I received an email that said they had located the medicine and had gotten it from another pharmacy. It took a little longer, but there was no problem. The other medications arrived in the usual amount of time. The communication I received was very good.
