Poor tracking

Everything with my order went fine, with the exception my inability to track it! I did receive a 'tracking number' that is of no use at all. I even talked with your person on line, and they were not able to help track my order?
It would be nice to have a tracking number that actually worked? It would help to put the customer (me) more at ease knowing where their order is in the overall process. I should think that this would also help with lowering phone calls?

I was very pleased with, both the ease of placing my order and the speed with which I received it.
This is a huge improvement from my first experience that took forever to receive my order!
The product quality has always been everything I hoped for.
