Delivery incomplete, but satisfactory amendment

The order in general went quite smooth.
The ordered products have arrived after 4 weeks, which is a long but still acceptable processing time.
This time, the order was incomplete. I placed a reclamation and requested the missing items.
They have been delivered 3 weeks later.

So, on the one hand a appreciate the trustworthiness of Pharmacyescrow.com and the reliability of the support.
On the other hand, I have received no written statements, such that they have received the reclamation, or that they are processing it, or that a new delivery has been initiated. Until I have received the new package, I had no idea if anything would happen. Here is definitely room for improvement.

High quality product

The process of placing the order is outstanding.
I appreciate the quality of the product, although I would have liked an english or german package insert.
The delivery time was barely acceptable though: 4 weeks after placing the order is a long time.
